What we are looking for : We don’t need any professional Photoshopping, we are looking for an idea, a sketch, something that seems like a good DVD cover. It can be a pencil sketch, crayon drawing, something your 4 year old cousin drew for you, graffiti you saw in Austin, city scape, people drinking at a club, a hobo, your baby brother smiling, a picture of a desert, lemonade, ANYTHING. We don’t care. As long as it could look good on the cover of our DVD. (Just make sure that you hold the rights to the picture, which means you can’t download something cool off the internet.)
When we reveal the winner, (we won’t reveal the design yet) we will work on it, and use that as motif for our new DVD cover.
Size : The picture sent in should be at least 3 megapixels. (multiply the resolution width and height, and if it’s over 3 million, you’re good)
How many entries? : Let’s keep everything down to just three per person.
What you get :
Winner (1 entry) - Design on the new DVD cover, full crediting on the DVD, a free signed (PK and Rok) copy of Kachi.
Runner-ups (2 entries) - Having your design on the bonus part of the DVD, a 50% discount off of your order on Kachi.

Kachi is to be pre-released on Darwin’s 199th anniversary (which is coincidentally PK’s birthday as well) so get ready for the EVOLUTION of magic!!!
Here’s what we have ready for you on the protected forums that will be open only to the people who have made purchases of Kachi.
A Discussion Board : You can ask questions or discuss with others who have the product about how you handle Kachi, how you present specific tricks, your ideas. So your tricks using the Kachi will be part of the Kachi community.
Additional Tricks : Yes, additional tricks that are NOT in the DVD. The DVD features a couple of the really strong tricks (such as Delta Function, Fourier Transposition) but it doesn’t have ALL the ‘really strong like, wtf’ tricks that you can do. In the forums, you will gain access to detailed explanations to tricks that will blow EVERYONE away.
What kind of tricks do we mean? Well, how does this sound? Coin Through Glass Table - hands clean before and after, along with a great new coin move (if it has been similarly done somewhere, then we will credit). Invisible Purse Routine - invisible purse, you pull out a coin, and now the purse is gone, you make the coin vanish, the purse reappears, you put the coin in the purse, and the coin is gone, everything is very clean, clean, clean. Coin in Glass - Yes, some people have done this differently, but you haven’t seen anything like this. all you do is just push the coin through the bottom of the glass. PLUS more!! (even stuff with cards using Kachi.)
We also have some ideas from other magicians, (2DM affiliated magicians) that will be part of the whole experience.

Here is the final tricklist:
1. Basic : The basics of Kachi. Make a coin disappear with your hands clean before and after.
2. Schrodinger’s Coin : (Schrodinger’s cat : half-dead-half-alive cat) Here’s how you can change a silver colored coin into a copper colored coin. You saw it on the preview.
3. Hemoptysis : “Ewwww,” that’s what my friend told me when I told her (also a med student) the name of the trick. Well, it is performed with a pack of cigarettes, and that’s what you could get if you smoke too much. haha. Well, you don’t need to smoke to move a pack of cigarettes across a table. You will see how versatile the Kachi actually is. The performance is in the second preview.
4. Fourier Transposition : (Fourier Transformation : function change) Let’s say you show two coins of different color, and you put one in their hand, and the other on the back of their clenched fist. All you need to do is wave your hand over their fist and the two coins have transposed!!!
5. Delta Function : Coin in Bottle like you’ve never seen before. A signed coin drops - yeah, DROPS- into the glass!! As soon as you DROP the coin into the bottle, they can take the bottle and examine everything. Totally.
So that’s the tricklist.oh yeah, I forgot something : the short sleeved version - you can vanish a coin in plain sight - with short sleeves!!
